Hello and welcome to Carol’s Total Wellness Tips! 


I am a Certified Health Coach through the World-Renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, am a natural intuitive, and a 7th Generation Shamanic Reiki Master. I am 57 years young, a mother of two grown children and love being a Nana to my grandchildren.

My journey with medical professionals is what brought me to where I am today. After countless visits to doctors, and misdiagnosed symptom’s, I was labeled as “sensitive” and told, I am fine. It was at that point I finally said enough and took control of my life. I adopted a totally holistic lifestyle, incorporated my own lifestyle changes, and dove into education through classes, books, and seminars to bring about healing.


Today, I inspire clients to gain a new level of optimal health and self-awareness with less utilization of our current healthcare/pharmaceutical system.

 

 
As a Certified Health Coach, the first question that I would like to ask you is “what does being healthy mean to you?” 
 

 

For many, it can mean that you feel good, look great and have a positive outlook on life. For another, healthy means, exercising daily, eating the right foods, and having wonderful relationships.

Honestly, being healthy takes on many different roles and has many different meanings for everyone!

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) healthy is defined as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

 

Here’s the tricky part that comes into play.

Why is being healthy important?

Because it plays a major role that affects every aspect of one’s life. This is where a Certified Health Coach, like me, can help you get back on track and assist you with your health and wellness needs.

 
As a certified health coach: 

• I will help guide you in making gradual changes to your eating habits and lifestyle, which will lead to a complete health transformation.

• I do not teach a one-size-fits-all approach. I learn about your concerns and goals and partner with you in creating a holistic, unique program that will work for you long-term-no quick fixes here!

• As a health coach, I know that many diseases can be partially or fully treated through diet and exercise. Together, we will create the best program that will meet your needs.
