What are your qualifications as a certified health coach?

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and over 100 dietary theories; from Ayurveda, gluten-free- Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. I also utilize my own personal, professional experience of over 40+ years with relationship, career, exercise, diet, mindset, motivation, stress management and meditation to help my client reach their health goal objectives.

What is your approach to creating a personalized fitness plan?

The first question I ask any potential client is: What would you LOVE, what vision do you see for yourself and are you ready to make the commitment. From there, I create a personalized health and fitness plan that involves a comprehensive understanding of the client’s goals based upon an in-depth questionnaire and interviews to gather the necessary information to help my client be successful with my program.

I am ready, what is the next step?

Reach out to me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other and what program will best meet your needs. From there, I will send you an Agreement discussing the Health Coaching Package chosen. Once I receive that information, I will reach out to you for payment and schedule all your appointments upfront because the first step in this journey is showing up and being fully committed.

Due to the nature of coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable.

What techniques do you use to keep clients motivated during their journey?

Any kind of change takes a 3-6 month commitment. Changing a behavior or mindset can be long and challenging and sometimes difficult. As your certified health coach, my job is to keep my clients motivated and grounded during those times when the going gets tough. This is why weekly appointments are necessary to keep my clients on track, as well as text, phone and email correspondence between sessions to provide an additional level of support when needed. I am with my clients every step of the way to help keep their body, mind, and spirit strong as they transform their life to optimal health and well-being.
